• Execute test cases and test scenarios to verify the functionality and integrity of Salesforce applications.
• Identify and report software defects, bugs, and inconsistencies, utilizing appropriate bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce applications, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Participate in test plan reviews, requirement reviews, and design reviews to provide feedback and ensure testability.
• Develop and maintain test data, test environments, and test scripts for effective and efficient testing.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle to ensure they are properly documented and resolved.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and enhancements to contribute effectively to the testing process.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve testing methodologies and processes.
